Renewable Energy Approval Documents
The GoodLight Solar Facility is classified as a Class 3 Solar Facility and received a Renewable Energy Approval (REA) from the Ontario Ministry of the Environment (MOE) in accordance with Ontario Regulation 359/09 (“O. Reg. 359/09”). The REA was issued in June 2013.
