Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Your use of the Website, any dispute arising out of such use of the Website, and these terms and conditions shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles that would impose the laws of another jurisdiction.
