Reach adaptive bike opens up new possibilities

It seems to happen more than we can count – some might say it’s in our DNA – where a simple idea or a single conversation unfolds into something beyond our imagination. This was the case when BluEarth teamed up with Bowhead Corp and Rocky Mountain Adaptive.

What began as a search for a speaker for our annual employee event, transformed into something extraordinary. And it all started with a conversation.

Grant, our CEO, and Kelly our COO, have long been acquainted with Christian Bagg, Founder and Owner of Bowhead Corp. Kelly, whose relationship with Christian goes back to their childhood days, suggested Christian might be a great candidate to speak at our employee event.

Well, Christian came to our office and had us convinced before he left the building. And the rest, as they say, is history.

Christian spoke at our annual employee event – inspiring our team with his courageous story and relentless drive; Bowhead built a Reach Adaptive Bike with investment dollars from our BluGiving Community Investment Program. And, in turn, Rocky Mountain Adaptive is now the recipient of a great new piece of equipment. We’re excited that the BowHead Reach adaptive bike will open up the great outdoors to anyone living with any physical, cognitive or developmental challenges.
