BluEarth Renewables named an Alberta Top Employer seven years in a row

For the seventh year in a row, BluEarth Renewables was named an Alberta Top Employer, a designation that recognizes employers that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work.

Selections for this award were made based on eight criteria: workplace; work atmosphere and social; health, financial and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.

The annual competition is organized by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers, and employers are compared to other organizations in their field to determine which companies offer the most progressive and forward-thinking programs.

In this year’s competition, BluEarth was recognized for support offered to employees including apprenticeships, mentoring opportunities, tuition subsidies and leadership development programs, as well as a generous compassionate leave approach.

The 2025 winners were announced today on the Calgary Herald and the Edmonton Journal websites as well as Eluta.ca. The Top Employers 2025 survey was conducted by Mediacorp Canada Inc. Full editorial selection reasons can be found here.
