BluEarth Renewables named an Alberta Top Employer for third year in a row

For the third year in a row, BluEarth Renewables was named one of Alberta’s Top 70 Employers. This designation recognizes employers in the province that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work.

Selections for this award were made based on eight criteria: physical workplace; work atmosphere and social; health, financial and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.

The annual competition is organized by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers, and employers are compared to other organizations in their field to determine which companies offer the most progressive and forward-thinking programs.

In this year’s competition, BluEarth was recognized for generous tuition subsidies, a variety of in-house training options, a lunch and learn program with diverse topics (including Indigenous awareness, retirement planning and mental health), and an awards program to celebrate exceptional performance and achievement.

The 2021 winners were announced today in the Calgary Herald and the Edmonton Journal. The Top Employers 2021 survey was conducted by Mediacorp Canada Inc.
