BluEarth Renewables named an Alberta Top Employer for sixth consecutive year

For the sixth consecutive year, BluEarth Renewables was named an Alberta’s Top Employer, a designation that recognizes employers that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work.

Selections for this award were made based on eight criteria: physical workplace; work atmosphere and social; health, financial and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.

The annual competition is organized by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers, and employers are compared to other organizations in their field to determine which companies offer the most progressive and forward-thinking programs.

In this year’s competition, BluEarth was recognized for introducing five personal days for all employees annually, as well as offering generous tuition subsidies, leadership development programs, apprenticeships, mentoring programs and paid internships.

The 2024 winners were announced today in the Calgary Herald and the Edmonton Journal. The Top Employers 2024 survey was conducted by Mediacorp Canada Inc. Full editorial selection reasons can be found here.
