BluEarth Renewables named an Alberta Top Employer for fourth consecutive year

For the fourth consecutive year, BluEarth Renewables was named an Alberta’s Top Employer, a designation that recognizes employers that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work.

Selections for this award were made based on eight criteria: physical workplace; work atmosphere and social; health, financial and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.

The annual competition is organized by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers, and employers are compared to other organizations in their field to determine which companies offer the most progressive and forward-thinking programs.

In this year’s competition, BluEarth was recognized for helping foster social connection over the past year through a variety of virtual events, celebrating exceptional performance and achievement with an employee awards program, and maintaining a strong commitment to professional development with generous tuition subsidies and a variety of in-house and online training programs.

The 2022 winners were announced today in the Calgary Herald and the Edmonton Journal. The Top Employers 2022 survey was conducted by Mediacorp Canada Inc.
