Clean Energy Canada Recognizes BluEarth President & CEO Kent Brown as Canadian Innovator of the year

Calgary, Alberta (December 2, 2014): Today in Clean Energy Canada’s Tracking the Energy Revolution report, BluEarth Renewables Inc.’s (BluEarth) President & CEO Kent Brown was named Canadian Innovator of the Year. Brown was selected for his leadership in the addition of over $400 million of renewable energy projects to BluEarth’s portfolio in the past year, which will result in close to $650 million of operating assets by 2015. The company’s distinctive approach to Aboriginal relations, which aims to go beyond consultation seeking equity partnerships with First Nations, was also recognized.
